Live translation, moderation and levelling for Osmium.
Moderation, levelling, an economy, games, channel auto-translation and a pile of small utilities. 103 commands, nothing behind a paywall, and no dashboard to sign into. You set it up from chat.
Free. Version 26.124.0.
Auto-translation
Everyone reads the chat in their own language
Point Mjerg at a channel and it translates messages in and out of any language as people post. Someone writes in Portuguese, everyone else reads it in English, and the replies go back the other way. Nobody has to switch to English out of politeness.
- Any language, both directions
- Set per channel, not per community
- Works on ordinary messages, no tagging
!translatefor one-off lines
Moderation
Moderation that keeps a record
Warnings, bans and purges all leave a trail you can look up later.
Automod deals with spam, invites and mass mentions before anyone has
to type a command, and !snipe catches
whatever got deleted half a second too late.
- 22 moderation commands
- Full history with
!modlog - Automod rules you switch on one at a time
- Snipe and editsnipe
Levelling & economy
Levels, coins and a leaderboard
XP from talking, roles that unlock at a level you pick, and a
leaderboard. Coins come from !work and
get spent in a shop you stock yourself, or lost at
!gamble. Both work out of the box and
both can be switched off.
- Level roles via
!levelrole - Shop, balances and transfers
- Wordle, hangman, trivia and counting
Setup
Configured from chat, not a web panel
Log and welcome channels, auto-roles, reaction roles, sticky messages
and custom triggers are all set with a command.
!config shows every setting on one
screen, so you never have to hunt for the one you changed.
- 11 setup commands
- Reaction roles and auto-roles
- Sticky messages and triggers
103 commands, seven categories
Utilities you'd otherwise need four bots for: reminders, weather, a calculator, dictionary and Wikipedia lookups, tags, AFK notes and more.
Add Mjerg in three steps
There's no invite link. Osmium handles it inside the app, and it takes about ten seconds.
-
Open Osmium
Desktop, web or mobile, all the same.
-
Click on Mjerg
Search for it, or click the name anywhere you see the bot posting.
-
Hit "Add to Chat"
Pick the community and confirm. You'll need Manage community there.
Ready to try it?
Mjerg is free, set up in about five minutes, and runs in the community it was built for.
